- Fewer than 3 referrers shows as 1-2, so no one can be singled out.
- Paid from a pool
- Rewards come from a monthly pool. Nobody pays per referral.
- No promises
- A referral or an interview is never guaranteed. We say so up front.
Unlisted roles
The best openings never reach a careers page.
Many teams fill roles through their own people. Verified employees here can share those openings with you directly, and a request goes straight to the person who posted it.
Look for the Internal badge on the map. You never see who posted a role, and roles are only visible once you are signed in.

Verify your work email and you appear by handle only. You choose who to refer, and rewards come from a monthly pool once paid plans start.
How referrers earn
Points for helping, shared from a monthly pool
Each month, 25% of net seeker revenue goes into a pool. It is split by points, so your share is your points divided by everyone's. Nobody is paid per referral, and what a point is worth changes with the month.
Cash rewards start once paid plans do. Points already count from your first reply, so early referrers are first in line.

The first 100 members get 5 requests a month for 3 months. After that, 2 requests a month stay free on the free plan.
